Jalopnik Drops Off The Cheapest EV in the World at Munro
Well, they warned us… Jalopnik’s own Jason Torchinsky threatened that he was going to come visit Munro after competing in the race “Motorsport 4 the Masses” event in Franklin, North Carolina, and by golly, here they are!

As the Changli, in all it’s 1.1 Horsepower glory, can’t handle a trip of more than 28 miles on a single charge, the car is getting transported around using an F 250 Tremor. Jason promised to come visit Munro with this oddity of a vehicle after the race so that Sandy could tool-around a bit with it, give some analysis, and lament over the engineering he finds, exclaiming, “everything here tells me I don’t know anything about cars” lol.
