Episode 11: Teardown Progresses and Sandy Munro Gets into the Finer Details

Welcome back to episode 11 of Munro’s Tesla Model Y Performance teardown, where, Munro & Associates CEO Sandy Munro starts to get into the finer details of the car as the teardown progresses.

In this episode, Sandy covers a number of details, including door flange welds, self-piercing rivets for joining dissimilar materials, head impact countermeasures in the trim and headliner, changes to the anti-lock brake system and EPP (expanded polypropylene) foam reinforcements in the floor.
