Costing Associate

Manufacturing Processes and Tooling

3-5 years direct experience in metals machining, tooling design & manufacturing. Comprehensive understanding of tool design and costs for:
  • Metal forming: Cold forming, Casting, Stamping, Forging
  • Polymer molding: injection molding, overmolding, complex design
  • Knowledge of materials properties, applications, and ideal usage
  • Costing Associate

    Electrical

    3-5 years’ experience in the Design/Analysis/Cost of Electronic components including:

    • Circuit boards, wire harnesses, auto body electronics
    • Electric Powertrain components 
    • ADAS components and systems

    Manufacturing Engineer

    5+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with Manufacturing Facility Layout Experience 

    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods & equipment, and tool design 
    • Experience with CAD Layouts and Material Flow Analysis
    • Experience in calculating production, labor and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
    • Ideally will have experience with:
    • APQP
    • PPAP
    • DFMEA and PFMEA training/certification. 
    • Control Plans 
    • Occupant protection 

    Senior Engineering Associate

    Powertrain

    Mechanical Engineer, 5+ years’ experience in ICE and EV powertrain

    • EV vehicle electrical powertrain systems design and development
    • Understanding of motors configurations, motor design
    • Understanding of battery, battery management, and battery system design
    • Experience in ICE powertrain design and development

    Senior Engineering Associate

    Electric Mobility Development, Powertrain

    5+ Years in EV Battery, 10+ Years Automotive

    • Comprehensive understanding of EV power storage (battery) design, chemistry, and mfg.
    • Experience with battery/power management systems design, including inverter, chargers
    • Experience in the Design and Development of electric vehicle systems

    Senior Engineering Associate

    EV Battery / Electric Mobility Systems

    Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, 5+ years’ experience in EV powertrain and chassis design

    • EV and autonomous vehicle electrical powertrain systems design and development
    • Has specified motors configurations, motor design
    • Suspension and driving dynamics engineering / Multiple suspension systems development
    • Background in drive by wire design & development
    • CAD / FEA modeling and evaluation
    • MAT LAB and control systems experience  

    Design Engineer

    • 5+ years of professional experience as an engineer or designer
    • Associates Degree or higher in engineering (mechanical/manufacturing) related field
    • Thorough understanding of common manufacturing processes and the associated design considerations, particularly metal forming and injection molding
    • Comprehensive knowledge of linear dimensioning and application of GD&T
    • Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles
    • Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD Software, from basic component design to complex assembly development
    • Familiarity with other CAD Software programs, including: AutoCAD, Catia, Creo, NX, etc.
    • Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis, Variation Simulation Analysis, and Mold Flow Analysis
